The Hikvision HIK-2CD21662HSU2 is a compact dome camera featuring 6MP high-resolution imaging and DarkFighter technology for excellent low-light performance. It supports 120 dB true WDR for clear images in challenging lighting and uses H.265+ compression to optimise bandwidth and storage. With AcuSense deep learning, it intelligently detects and classifies human and vehicle targets. The "SU" variant includes a built-in microphone, audio interface, and alarm input/output for enhanced security integration. It's also IP67 and IK10 rated, making it both weatherproof and vandal resistant.

The most paramount feature with the AcuSense gen 2 cameras is the analytic alert which will generate alarm events that are searchable when reviewing recorded footage for specific incidents. This saves many man hours of wasted time reviewing irrelevant video trying to identify an event, saving the end customer time and money. The inclusion of a built-in microphone allows for real-time audio security so the user may hear the intruder when the alarm is triggered. The camera also has an alarm input that can support third party devices such as an alarm system that can connect to the camera via a cable. Once the alarm input is triggered, it allows events to be received on the camera, which can be configured to send a notification to a mobile app or back to the Hikvison NVR or HikCentral to notify the end user.
